We measure before we quote
Every surface gets a quantity and a line item. No square-foot guess over the phone, and no number that moves once we see the house.

Monroe, Georgia · Serving metro Atlanta since 2017
Painting, drywall, exteriors, pressure washing, cleaning and construction management — six divisions under one roof in Monroe. Measured estimates, written scopes, and the same person on the phone from the first visit to the final walkthrough.
Six divisions
Each division is quoted and scheduled on its own, and they run together on one invoice when a project needs more than one.
Paint that still looks right in year five.

None of this is clever. It is just the stuff that goes wrong on every bad contractor experience, handled deliberately.
Every surface gets a quantity and a line item. No square-foot guess over the phone, and no number that moves once we see the house.
Prep, product, sheen, coats, what is included and what is not. If it is not on the page, it is not in the price — and you can see exactly where the line is.
The person who measures your house is the person you call during the job and the person who walks it with you at the end. No handoffs into a call center.
Requests in before 4pm get a call that day. The most common complaint about contractors is silence, and it is the easiest one to fix.
Who we work for
About half of what we do is trade work on a schedule and half is direct residential. The standards are the same; the paperwork and the pace are not, and we run them differently on purpose.
One contractor for the whole punch list. You get a written scope, a start date, and the same phone number from estimate to walkthrough.
Production and custom. We hold a schedule, hit Level 5 where the plan calls for it, and send one invoice per phase instead of chasing change orders.
Turns, make-readies and recurring maintenance across a portfolio. Standing scopes, photo documentation, net terms.
Specialty finishes, cabinet refinishing and millwork painting on a designer timeline, with sample boards before anything goes on a wall.
How it goes
Tell us what you know. If you are not sure what the house needs, that is what the visit is for.
Usually within a few days. We walk it with you, measure the real surfaces and flag anything that needs fixing before finishing.
Line items, products by name, inclusions and exclusions, and a price that holds unless the scope changes.
Protected, cleaned up daily, and walked with you before anyone invoices you.
“If it is not on the written scope, it is not in the price.” That one sentence prevents most of the arguments that happen on job sites.
Service area
Walton, Gwinnett, Barrow, Oconee and Newton counties, plus north Fulton. Close enough that the crew is not burning the morning in traffic, which is part of why the pricing works.
Common questions
Division-specific questions — cost ranges, how long things take, what gets included — are answered on each of the six division pages.
We are based in Monroe, Georgia and work across Walton, Gwinnett, Barrow, Oconee and Newton counties, plus north Fulton. In practice that means Monroe, Loganville, Winder, Lawrenceville, Snellville, Grayson, Dacula, Bethlehem, Athens, Watkinsville, Buford, Braselton, Suwanee, Duluth, Johns Creek, Alpharetta, Roswell, Marietta and Covington. If you are near the edge of that, call and ask — we will tell you honestly whether we can serve you well.
Same business day if your request comes in before 4pm, and the following morning otherwise. That is a commitment, not a hope. If you want to skip the wait entirely, call the number at the top of the page and you will get a person.
Yes. We come out, measure the actual surfaces, and send a written scope with line items. There is no charge and no obligation. We would rather lose the job on price than win it on a number we guessed at over the phone.
We carry general liability and workers compensation coverage, and a certificate of insurance goes out with every proposal. Work that requires a Georgia residential or general contractor license is performed under a licensed holder, and we tell you in writing who that is before the job starts.
That is the point of the structure. Drywall repair, paint and a final clean on one scope, one schedule and one invoice is the normal way we run a project. Combining trades in a single visit is also cheaper than hiring three companies, because mobilization is a real cost and you only pay it once.
Both. Roughly half of what we do is trade work — production and custom builders, property management portfolios and interior designers — and the other half is direct residential. The trade side runs on standing scopes and net terms; the residential side runs on written proposals and deposits.
Since 2017, out of Monroe in Walton County. The painting division is the oldest; drywall, exteriors, pressure washing, cleaning and construction management grew out of jobs where customers asked us to handle the next thing too.
It depends on what the surfaces actually measure, and anyone who gives you a number before measuring is either guessing or planning to change it later. Each division page has a real range for typical work in this market so you can sanity-check a budget before you call.
Free, measured estimates across Walton, Gwinnett and Barrow counties. Call and you get a person, not a queue — or send the details and we will come look at it.
